How do I upgrade to newer Falcon drivers?

N VeNT will periodically provide automatic driver updates to ensure the best possible communication between your computer and the Falcon. However, certain issues can often be resolved by manually updating to newer drivers. The latest drivers can be downloaded from our website here: http://home.novint.com/support/download.php (Select “Click here to download Novint Falcon drivers”). The first step is to download these drivers and save them to your Desktop.

To install new drivers, first unplug the Falcon, uninstall the old drivers, then double-click the file saved to your Desktop and follow the on-screen instructions. When finished, plug the Falcon back in, which will auto-install the drivers.
