Hi, I was reading a post by WornOak and that got me a little interested in looking into the concept of muscle memory. I happened to find this article which talks about aiming in counterstrike, but applies to team fortress as well. Its a long read, but an interesting one.

I think one of the biggest problems with the falcon in tf2 isn't any actual limitation of the falcon itself, but simply the amount of time that it takes to get decent with it(or so I hope, as I keep telling myself that aiming with the falcon will eventually be easy). Using the repetition techniques in here, it may be possible to quickly get up to speed and aim well with the falcon sooner.
I also happened to find a map that has a muscle memory training spot.

I'm going to try to get in the habit of spending 5 mins on this before playing tf2, and I'll see if it helps at all.

My first attempt at this at least showed me how badly I am at quickly aiming at an exact location with the falcon.
Anyway, I hope someone else finds this interesting/helpful.
